Return Policy Page

We offer a 10-day, no-hassle return or exchange policy for all items received damaged or defective.

HOW TO SET UP A RETURN:

1. Be sure your item is in new, unused condition with all tags still on.

2. Email jason@songbyrdrecords.com, let us know you are sending your item(s) back and your order #. If you want a new item please be sure to include that new items SKU (found in item description) in this email.

3. Please mail all items back to us at the address below, be sure to include a note with your order # in the package. Also include the item you wish to be sent if its an exchange.

4. Once the item(s) are recieved and inspected we will issue a refund or ship your new item (exchanges).
